Episode: 060 takes us down to Waites Wharf in Newport, Rhode Island, where we catch up with two of Nice Beverage Co.’s most recognizable brand ambassadors, Metric Man and Nicky “The Plumber” Nice, to talk about music, nightlife, promotion, and the growing THC infused beverage movement.
Originally from Trinidad & Tobago and now based in New York, Metric Man is a U.S. Navy veteran, recording artist, producer, and lyricist whose music blends reggae, dancehall, soca, calypso, and hip-hop. As Nice Beverage Co.’s New York brand ambassador, he shares what it takes to bring the brand directly to consumers through street promotion, store visits, tastings, and events. He also tells the crazy story of connecting with Nice founder Chris Morgan and their unforgettable trip to the 2026 Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco, including Shaquille O'Neal's party, VIP passes, and an unexpected opportunity to get on stage with Tiësto and NFL players.
We also sit down with Nicky “The Plumber” Nice, a Brooklyn native now based in South Florida. Nicky is a licensed plumber and contractor who has built another career as a nightlife host, club promoter, social media personality, and reality-TV personality after appearing on Netflix’s Squid Game: The Challenge. Representing Nice Beverage Co. in Florida, Nicky talks about taking the brand into Miami and Fort Lauderdale nightlife, community outreach, charity events, and his vision for expanding Nice throughout the Florida market.
